Goomer, thanks for posting.
I had trouble downloading this book beginning of Sept 2024. Got around 1/2 way done and the dnld stopped. Sorry didn’t note how many seeds and peers but availability was 0. My goto fix is to edit the tracker list and add more trackers. That worked and it had the added benefit of not breaking anything else. :-)
