This book, #6, has been sitting for more than a day. The other books in the series, posted at the same time, are all finished. #6 hasn’t even started. Anyone else having this problem?

No, I downloaded it - minus file #2, as per the above comment - with no problem, shortly after it was uploaded. Maybe he’s taken it down to fix it and add the missing file.
