Massive sinkholes are opening across the country – each larger and deeper than the previous one. Takes place after Alex Hunter Gorgon and The First Bird. Matt Kearns 01 The First Bird dosnt need to be read as no events relate to it. (Its mentioned in passing once in the book)

I was actually wondering how the First bird fits in with the Alex Hunter series. It has a pretty serious impact on the world but seems to not have warranted any mention in the Hunter series. You’d think given the nature of the story’s implicated impacts to the world… something would mentioned. Especially by Amy given her protectiveness of Josh. Hell I’m surprised Jack didn’t note anything.
